Uttar Pradesh receives dry weather, maximum temperature at 37.4 degree Celsius

The weather remained dry across Uttar Pradesh on Saturday, the Meteorological Department said.
According to the meteorological department, day temperatures were above normal on Friday in Varanasi, Allahabad, Lucknow, Jhansi, Gorakhpur, Kanpur and Agra divisions.
The highest maximum temperature in the state was 37.4 degree Celsius, recorded at Banda.
The weather is set to remain dry in the state on October 22 and October 23, the meteorological department said.
