Guterres underscored that the misuse of digital tools, particularly with advancements in artificial intelligence, is becoming increasingly sophisticated and stealthy. The rise of malware, wipers, and Trojans, alongside quantum computing’s potential to breach encryption, represents a growing danger, he asserted.
