Innov8 Expands with Three New Co-Working Spaces in Delhi-NCR

Co-working firm Innov8 has launched three new facilities in Delhi-NCR, adding over 600 seats with an investment of Rs 10 crore. The facilities, located in Unitech Cyber Park, DLF Cyber City, and Okhla, are part of Innov8's plan to meet growing demand for flexible workspaces in India's major corporate hub.

Co-working firm Innov8 has launched three new facilities in Delhi-NCR, expanding its footprint with facilities offering over 600 seats, backed by an investment of Rs 10 crore. This expansion is aimed at meeting the increasing demand for flexible workspace solutions.

The newly opened facilities, which cover a collective area of 60,000 square feet, are strategically located at Unitech Cyber Park, DLF Cyber City, and Okhla to leverage Delhi NCR's status as a major corporate and startup hub.

"Delhi NCR's thriving startup ecosystem and its position as a major corporate hub make it an ideal location for our latest co-working spaces," said Ritesh Malik, Founder of Innov8. Acquired by OYO in 2019, Innov8 is now present in nine cities with over 30 centres catering to more than 8,000 employees.
