Union Minister Reviews Power and Urban Development Projects Alongside Himachal CM

Union Minister Manohar Lal Khattar chaired a crucial review meeting on Friday, focusing on the power sector and various urban missions alongside Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu.

Khattar, who is responsible for Housing and Urban Affairs as well as Power, informed reporters that the review aimed to understand issues across states and discuss potential future projects. 'Chaired an important review meeting of the Power sector & Urban Missions/Schemes with Hon'ble Chief Minister, Himachal Pradesh Shri @SukhuSukhvinder at Himachal Bhawan,' Khattar posted on X.

Chief Minister Sukhu emphasized the importance of such meetings for discussion and issue resolution. Khattar highlighted discussions on ongoing projects, including power, smart city, and urban development initiatives, and noted the discussion of schemes like the Prime Minister SVANidhi scheme. The meeting also saw participation from Himachal Pradesh Public Works Department Minister, Vikramaditya Singh.
