Real estate giant Godrej Properties has bolstered its portfolio by acquiring six new land parcels in the July-September quarter, valued at Rs 9,650 crore. This strategic expansion comes amid robust housing demand.
Widely recognized as one of the top real estate firms in India, Godrej Properties has a strong presence in key urban areas including Delhi-NCR, Mumbai, Pune, and Bengaluru. Their strategy involves outright land purchases and joint ventures for development, ensuring a diverse and sustained project pipeline.
In a recent operational update, the company revealed it had added 8 land parcels worth Rs 12,650 crore in the first half of the fiscal year, significantly boosting its growth prospects. With sales bookings rising 89% to over Rs 13,800 crore from April to September, Godrej Properties remains poised for continued success in the sector.
