Tribeca Developers, a prominent realty firm, has formed a strategic partnership with Serianee Corrp to undertake a new venture in Pune. This joint initiative aims to develop an 8 lakh square feet mixed-use complex, projected to generate revenues surpassing Rs 1,000 crore.

The project, situated in Lullanagar near New Command Hospital at Pune Cantonment, will feature two iconic towers and high-end retail spaces. Spread across three acres, this luxury residential and retail development signals Tribeca's commitment to redefining opulence in one of its cornerstone markets.
