In a bid to elevate Hyderabad's 'core urban area' to international standards, Telangana Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy has unveiled a comprehensive development plan. The focus lies on enhancing civic amenities and infrastructure to align the area with global benchmarks.

During a strategic meeting, Reddy advocated for an extensive drone survey to gather detailed insights on housing, water and electricity supply, and drainage systems. This data, he stated, would ensure uninterrupted provision of essential services to residents.

Additionally, to manage Hyderabad's traffic woes, the Chief Minister recommended potential collaboration with Google. Furthermore, the state plans to construct flyovers at critical high-traffic junctions and is preparing to invite tenders. Initiatives also include the revival of local lakes and the expansion of drainage systems.
