Following the ambitious Dharavi Redevelopment Project, Gautam Adani's group emerged as the top bidder for the redevelopment of Motilal Nagar in Mumbai, with a bid of Rs 36,000 crore.
Spanning 143 acres in Goregaon, Motilal Nagar is set for a major facelift aimed at eliminating illegal structures and providing modern housing.
The Mumbai High Court recently approved MHADA to manage the redevelopment through a designated construction agency.
