BPTP Awards Lucrative Contract for Landmark Residential Projects

BPTP, a leading real estate developer, has awarded a construction contract worth approximately Rs. 910 crores to BL Kashyap & Sons Ltd. for its GAIA Residences and Verti Greens projects. Located in Gurugram, these developments aim to set new standards in design and sustainability.

BPTP, one of North India's premier real estate developers, announced a significant contract award to BL Kashyap & Sons Ltd. for its residential projects GAIA Residences and Verti Greens. The construction contract is valued at around Rs. 910 crores.

The developments, situated on Dwarka Expressway in Gurugram, span approximately 4.2 million square feet and are part of BPTP's flagship Amstoria community. They aim to set benchmarks in design excellence, sustainability, and aspirational living in the NCR region.

BPTP's CEO, Manik Malik, emphasized the project's ambition and the value it will bring to future residents. The collaboration involves top international design partners, with additional packages worth Rs. 1000 crores expected to be awarded soon.
