Real estate developer Brigade Enterprises has announced plans to expand its foothold in Hyderabad with the launch of two new housing projects.
The company, based in Bengaluru, revealed through a regulatory filing that it has inked Joint Development Agreements (JDAs) for two residential projects: Brigade Citadel 2 and Citadel 3, in Moti Nagar, Hyderabad. These developments, which cover a 10-acre area, are expected to yield a revenue of over Rs 970 crore.
Amar Mysore, Executive Director of Brigade Enterprises Limited, emphasized that this expansion represents a strategic growth in Hyderabad, a key market for the company in South India. The developer plans to construct 405 luxury apartments and continues to seek additional land parcels that align with their quality and design standards.
