Mystery Drone Crash Sparks Investigation in Poland

A mysterious unidentified flying object crashed in eastern Poland, causing an explosion that shattered windows but no injuries. Initially believed to be an old engine part, it was later suspected to be a drone. Authorities are investigating whether it's military or smuggling-related.

A mysterious flying object crashed and exploded in a cornfield in eastern Poland, early on Wednesday morning, according to the Polish Press Agency (PAP).

By 2 a.m., local police were on scene in the village of Osiny, discovering burned metal and plastic debris. The explosion shattered windows in nearby houses, but fortunately, no injuries were reported, PAP noted.
