Realty firm Conscient Infrastructure Pvt Ltd has announced a significant development in its latest project, 'Elaira Residences', located in Sector 80, Gurugram. The company has awarded a substantial construction contract worth Rs 350 crore to NCC Ltd for building 540 flats.

This ambitious project is part of Conscient's extensive portfolio, which spans 35 million square feet across regions including Delhi-NCR, Dehradun, and Goa. With a track record of delivering over 20,000 homes in the past four decades, the firm continues to expand its footprint.

Earlier this year, Conscient also entered a partnership with Texmaco, Hines, and HDFC Capital to redevelop 'Birla Cotton Mills' in Delhi, signaling its commitment to significant urban development projects.
