Unveiling the Future: CSIR-NIIST's 'Face to Face with S&T Leaders'

CSIR-NIIST launched an engagement series 'Face to Face with S&T Leaders' to promote dialogue with top innovators in India's research landscape, inaugurated by Dr. Rajesh S Gokhale. On Tuesday, the CSIR-NIIST unveiled an innovative engagement series entitled 'Face to Face with S&T Leaders' to spark conversations with the visionaries steering India's research framework.

This flagship initiative by the Council of Scientific and Industrial Research-National Institute for Interdisciplinary Science and Technology was inaugurated by Dr. Rajesh S Gokhale, Secretary of the Department of Biotechnology, reinforcing the institute's dedication to impactful interdisciplinary research.

Dr. Gokhale, in his address, underscored India's burgeoning opportunities in science and technology, emphasizing the need for institutions to adapt to the evolving landscape. He inaugurated an Agrivoltaic Facility at CSIR-NIIST, integrating renewable energy with sustainable agriculture.
