The incident, which happened around 3 am, involved a vehicle driven by Prince, who reportedly fell asleep at the wheel.

The crash left Prince's father, Rakesh Kumar, who was traveling with him, dead. Both were trapped in the wreckage but were eventually rescued by police and locals. Emergency services rushed them to a nearby hospital, where Rakesh Kumar was pronounced dead, and Prince began receiving treatment.
