Welspun One has announced plans to establish a new Grade-A logistics park in Talegaon, Pune. With a sprawling area of 1.2 million square feet and an investment of Rs 550 crore, the project highlights the company's dedication to expanding its infrastructure in India's industrial zones.
The logistics park, designed to accommodate high-demand sectors such as e-commerce, FMCG, and automotive, will feature four buildings with varying sizes. This flexibility is aimed at meeting the unique operational needs of logistics players and industrial users.
Anshul Singhal, Managing Director of Welspun One, described the acquisition as a strategic move in their long-term vision. The development underscores Pune as a growing hub for warehousing, with the Talegaon-Chakan belt accounting for significant leasing activity.
