BMC Grants Homes: Winners Announced in Housing Lottery

The Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) held an online draw for housing allocations. Out of 426 available homes under the Development Control and Promotion Regulations 2034, 373 applicants succeeded while 362 were waitlisted. A new lottery for 296 additional units will occur soon.

The Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) has successfully conducted an online draw for housing allocations under the Development Control and Promotion Regulations 2034. Officials revealed that out of the 426 homes available, 373 applicants emerged successful.

The remaining 362 applicants have been positioned on the waiting list. Notifications for successful applicants will be sent via email, followed by formal letters and instructions regarding document verification.

In related news, BMC is gearing up to conduct a lottery for 296 additional residential units spread across different regions within its jurisdiction under the same regulations.
