Arkade Developers Sets Ambitious Rs 700 Crore Target for Mumbai Redevelopment

Realty firm Arkade Developers Ltd is poised to reap a revenue of approximately Rs 700 crore through an ambitious redevelopment project in Malad West, Mumbai.

According to a recent regulatory filing, the company has formalized a development agreement for the cluster redevelopment of the Shree Rani Sati Nagar Co-operative Housing Society.

The project, covering a sprawling 6,553 square metres, represents a significant venture in Arkade's portfolio, which boasts completion of 31 projects and more than 5.5 million square feet developed to date.
