The commercial space, located at Bharat Business Park, Sarojini Nagar, New Delhi, marks another feather in NBCC’s cap as a project management consultant and real estate developer. The transaction not only showcases NBCC’s capabilities in managing large-scale property sales but also contributes to the ongoing redevelopment of residential colonies in the area.

Adding value to its extensive portfolio, NBCC will earn a marketing fee, calculated at one percent of the total sale value. This achievement underscores the company's strategic direction and its critical role in urban development projects across South Delhi.
