Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu underscored the significance of land for development on Friday, citing Amaravati as a prototype. While addressing a public gathering in Krishna district for May Day festivities, he highlighted that 29,000 farmers willingly contributed 33,000 acres toward city planning under the land pooling model.
Naidu emphasized planned infrastructure projects and technology-driven investments, announcing initiatives like the Amaravati capital city's inner road and a USD 15 billion Google AI data center in Visakhapatnam. He championed Andhra Pradesh's leap toward technological prominence with investments from key industry players like Reliance Jio, with a commitment of USD 17 billion.
Further, he focused on welfare schemes dedicated to the state’s working class, including monthly pensions for 62.4 lakh beneficiaries and other social initiatives. Criticizing the opposition YSRCP as detrimental, he reaffirmed a commitment to infrastructural progression, labor welfare, and economic prosperity through innovative solutions.
