Chaired by the Urban Development Department's joint secretary, the task force will include representatives from various city agencies, including the Municipal Corporation of Delhi, PWD, Delhi Transport Department, and several others. The plan is to create a comprehensive layout featuring improved landscaping and designated spaces for vendors to ensure unobstructed public movement.
The court has emphasized the urgency of transforming the area to enhance the experience for passengers and tourists. Construction plans will include facilities such as cafes, resting areas, and public conveniences, with a detailed sketch and a 3D representation to guide development efforts.
