Cleveland Browns quarterback Tyrod Taylor was inactive Sunday at Oakland.
Baker Mayfield made his first career start against the Raiders, and Drew Stanton served as the No. 2 QB.
Taylor sustained a concussion in Cleveland's last game on Sept. 20. Mayfield replaced him and led the Browns to a come-from-behind 21-17 win for their first victory since December 2016.
Coach Hue Jackson announced a few days later that Mayfield would start for the Browns (1-1-1) against the Raiders (0-3).
Taylor was cleared from the NFL's concussion protocol on Thursday but a back injury limited his participation in practice.
