Falcons quarterback Matt Ryan was sacked six times on Sunday and did not come out of the fourth Atlanta loss in five games unscathed.
Ryan had an X-ray on his foot following the loss to the Steelers, but Falcons head coach Dan Quinn said tests were negative. Ryan is expected to practice Wednesday, Quinn said and is "good to go" for the Week 6 game against Tampa Bay.
"We kind of didn't find a rhythm all day, that was disappointing," Ryan said. "I think you have to find a way to win next week. Keep the mindset that small. That's the best way I know how to do it. ... Put all of our energy and focus on playing well next week."
Ryan had not been sacked six times in a game since 2014. He was pulled from the game late in favour of backup Matt Schaub with the score out of hand.
"Everybody knows that our production needs to be better," Ryan said. "The hardest thing for players is having to watch that film and kind of evaluate -- critically evaluate -- that film. With our guys, I don't think there's a whole lot that needs to be said."
Quinn said the Falcons are solely focused on the Buccaneers after a 1-4 start.
