Vidhatri Urs cruised ahead with a flawless 3-under 69 in the second round of the 10th leg of the Hero Women's Pro Golf Tour at Prestige Golfshire on Friday. The newly-minted pro, who has already won in her three pro starts, appears poised to add another victory as she secured a two-shot lead over Jasmine Shekar (74-72), who searches for her maiden win.

Rebounding from a first-day 3-over 75 with no birdies and three bogeys, Vidhatri reversed her fortunes to card three birdies and zero bogeys, with Jasmine as her playing partner.

Despite a rain delay, Vidhatri parred her first four holes before netting a birdie on the fifth. She followed with ten pars and added birdies on the 16th and 18th holes, closing with a superb round of 69. Jasmine recorded four birdies and four bogeys in her 72 after an initial round of 74.

In other highlights, Sneha Singh improved her score by six shots from 77 to 1-under 71, tying for third at 2-over 146. Hitaashee Bakshi, who led after the first round, slipped to tied third after a challenging round of 78. Sneha and Hitaashee were joined in third by Khushi (74-74) and Amandeep Drall.

Meanwhile, Amandeep Drall, who slipped from her first round 72, managed four birdies against six bogeys and a double bogey for a 76.

Rhea Jha secured seventh, while top amateur Saanvi Somu was eighth. Amateur Mannat Brar and Neha Tripathi, returning from injury, were tied for ninth. A notable 27 golfers made the cut in this Rs 13 lakh event, with Durga Nittur among the prominent players missing the cut.
