Khanna emphasized the need for more cricket opportunities for local talent during a recent media interaction. "Not just T10, any cricket for Sri Lanka will be valuable," he said. Khanna believes that more leagues and international players would significantly enhance the skills of local talents. He is particularly optimistic about the Strikers' prospects in the Max 60 Caribbean Tournament and the Lanka T10, citing strategic preparation and a well-rounded team.
