This move marks Tottenham's second acquisition of the close season, following the addition of highly-rated 18-year-old Archie Gray from Leeds United. Yang will unite with fellow countryman Son Heung-min, the captain of both Spurs and South Korea, at the North London club.
Tottenham is scheduled to kick off their Premier League season against newly-promoted Leicester City on August 19.
