The 29-year-old Sindhu, who had earlier defeated Maldives' Fathimath Abdul Razzaq 21-9, 21-6 in her first match, topped the group. Sindhu's experience and skill were evident as she navigated the match almost effortlessly, ultimately securing her spot in the round of 16.
