In an emotional Instagram post, Topic shared a photo of her ankle in a brace, writing, ''In the end it wasn't meant to be, this time.'' Despite the injury, Topic had qualified with a leap of 1.92 meters, while Ukraine's Yaroslava Mahuchikh led with 1.95 meters.
