This upward trajectory comes after a stellar performance against Ireland in their recent ODI series, where they clinched an eight-wicket victory in Belfast.

Leading the charge was captain Chamari Athapaththu, who showcased her all-round skills with a well-compiled 48 runs and a three-wicket haul.
