Bangladesh, after scoring 233 in their first innings, faltered in their second, managing only 146. This set up a relatively modest target for India, which they chased down with efficiency, scoring 98/3 in 17.2 overs.
Yashasvi Jaiswal led the charge with an impressive 51 runs, while contributions from Rohit Sharma and Shubman Gill anchored the innings. Despite the efforts of Mehidy Hasan Miraz and Taijul Islam, who took key wickets, the Indian side proved superior.
