This event will assemble top pickleball talent from around the world, following successful rounds in Vietnam and Bali, where Indian teams earned top honors.
Approximately 650 players from countries including Australia, Vietnam, Taiwan, Poland, and Singapore will participate, making it a key event in the global pickleball calendar. AIPA President Arvind Prabhoo expressed pride in hosting the WPC Series in India, seeing it as a chance to showcase global talent and propel the sport's growth across all levels in the country.
Jan Papi, Founder of Pickleball Global and the WPC Series, highlighted India's immense potential for the sport, expressing excitement over collaborating with AIPA to raise pickleball's profile both domestically and internationally. The WPC Series is expected to catalyze the sport's development, furthering its appeal as both a competitive and leisure activity.
