Villarreal midfielder Thomas Partey faced an unwelcome reception from Tottenham fans as he returned to London for a Champions League match, just a day before his court appearance on serious charges.
Partey, who previously played for Arsenal, was booed by fans upon entering the game in the 78th minute. The match ended with Tottenham winning 1-0.
