Ambati Rayudu in a letter to Hyderabad Cricket Association writes I would like to come out of retirement and play cricket in all formats.

The former Indian cricketer Rayudu added, "I want to thank CSK, VVS Laxman and Noel David who has been very supportive during the tough time and are instrumental in making me realize that I have enough cricket left in me and the decision to retire was taken in an emotional state and in haste".

"I am looking forward to a wonderful season ahead with a very talented Hyderabad team and help the team realize its full potential. I will be available from September 10 to join the Hyderabad team," Rayudu added.

During the World Cup 2019 in England, Ambati Rayudu announced his retirement after he wasn't chosen as a replacement for the injured Shikhar Dhawan despite being named one of five stand-bys in the Team India.
