Twitter tries to suggest which accounts you should stop following

Twitter has confirmed that they are testing functionality that suggests accounts that you should stop following.

We are used to social networks to recommend other users to whom we must follow. It is very common when we have created the account and it is something that has a lot of logic (since they want us to spend as much time as possible on the platform).

Twitter, on the other hand, has confirmed that they are testing functionality that suggests accounts that you should stop following. Matt Navarra, a well-known journalist who writes for The Next Web, was surprised a few hours ago to see it in his account.

Through a statement, a spokesman for the company says that they know that people want a relevant Twitter timeline, one way to do it is to stop following those people with whom we do not interact regularly.

This test was only active for a small group of users and the Twitter spokesperson assures that it has already concluded. Now the big question we ask ourselves is whether the social network will decide to implement it or not.
