Legasis Appoints Arijit Sen as Chief Business Officer

With over two decades of diverse experience in Operations, CX, Product Management, PL, Business Incubation, MA, and Tech Platform Management, Mr. Sen brings a wealth of expertise to the team.Before joining Legasis, Mr. Sen held senior management and leadership roles in a wide range of industries, including Banking Retail Private, IT, FMCG, Media, and Consulting.

Mumbai (Maharashtra) [India], September 29: Legasis, India's foremost Legaltech firm, is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Arijit Sen as its Chief Business Officer. With over two decades of diverse experience in Operations, CX, Product Management, P&L, Business Incubation, M&A, and Tech Platform Management, Mr. Sen brings a wealth of expertise to the team.

Before joining Legasis, Mr. Sen held senior management and leadership roles in a wide range of industries, including Banking (Retail & Private), IT, FMCG, Media, and Consulting. He contributed significantly to organizations such as American Express, ICIC Bank, Kotak Mahindra Bank, and Future Group. In his last role, he served as the EVP and Head of Business Process Reengineering and Service Quality at Kotak Bank. Previously, he was the Chief Operating Officer for Future Sharp Skills, a joint venture between Future Group and NSDC.

Mr. Sen is also an accomplished entrepreneur, having founded AlterEGO, a boutique consulting and implementation firm dedicated to accelerating Social Enterprises. He holds a postgraduate degree in Cognitive Sciences and is an alumnus of the Prince of Wales Business & Sustainability Leadership program at the University of Cambridge.

With his extensive knowledge of Products, Platforms, and People, particularly in digital, marketing, and Customer Experience, Mr. Sen will lead the Business Growth and Customer Support initiatives across all product lines at Legasis. In addition, he will take on the role of Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and focus on building enterprise-level synergies related to Customer 360.

Mr. Sen will be based at the corporate office located in BKC, Mumbai.
