Quest Global Acquires Alpha-Numero Technology Solutions

Quest Global has acquired US-based VLSI design company Alpha-Numero, known for avionic design in aerospace and automotive sectors. The acquisition strengthens Quest Global's semiconductor offerings, although financial details remain undisclosed. Alpha-Numero operates globally with R&D centers in Ahmedabad, Hyderabad, and Endicott.

Quest Global has announced the acquisition of the US-based company, Alpha-Numero Technology Solutions, a leader in VLSI design. Known for its avionic design and verification solutions, Alpha-Numero serves key industries like aerospace and automotive.

Alpha-Numero boasts a global workforce of over 150 engineers and maintains research and development hubs in Ahmedabad, Hyderabad, and Endicott, as per the official statement released on Monday.

While the financial particulars of the acquisition have yet to be disclosed, Quest Global emphasizes that this strategic move enhances its semiconductor services and expands its portfolio in mission and safety-critical solutions.
