BenQ, a leading Taiwan-based display solutions company, is setting bold growth targets in India. The company aims to double its business, aspiring for a Rs 2,000 crore turnover by 2028 through expanding its home projector sales and tapping opportunities in the education sector.
The company plans to widen its healthcare presence, producing high-tech medical electronic products, including portable ultrasounds and solutions for operation theatres. As part of its growth strategy, BenQ also encourages local manufacturing, considering establishing its own plant in India.
BenQ anticipates robust growth in the home projector market, predicting a 25 percent increase annually, and hopes to capture 50 percent market share by the year's end. The company sees India as a key market, already the third-largest following China and the US.
