KRAFTON, Inc. has articulated its ambitious management strategy for 2026, emphasizing a robust shift towards developing original Franchise IPs. The company aims to cement gaming as its core business focus, moving away from isolated successes toward structured, execution-driven expansion.
Under CEO CH Kim's direction, KRAFTON plans to increase first-party production and optimize resource allocation to build scalable IPs that deliver sustainable growth across platforms and genres, including a strong push in India via local game publishing and developer incubation.
With a 26-project development pipeline set to release 12 titles in two years, KRAFTON is committed to sustainable growth by innovating game development and applying AI technologies to improve gameplay quality across its global and India-specific ecosystems.
