Pinterest wants to stake claim for IPO valued at close to USD 12 billion

Pinterest, the social networking platform that works on interests and pins for visual-based information that excites hobbyists and creative professionals, is reportedly eyeing for an IPO later-June. The IPO listing, aided by main underwriters, Goldman Sachs and JPMorgan Chase, is expected to value Pinterest at an estimated USD 12 billion, Recode reports. Pinterest's IPO listing is going to be one of the hyped public offerings scheduled for this year which includes Lyft, Uber, and Airbnb.
