Protesters block commuter bridge to San Francisco during APEC day 2

Protesters blocked the Bay Bridge leading into San Francisco on Thursday morning during the APEC summit, calling for a ceasefire in the Israel-Hamas war.

Local emergency services warned of the blockage during morning rush hour on the bridge which links Oakland and other East Bay cities to San Francisco. Organizers said roughly 200 people attended the demonstration.
