TVS Mobility and Mitsubishi Corporation Launch Skill Enhancement Exchange Program

TVS Mobility has partnered with Japan's Mitsubishi Corporation for an employee exchange program to enhance skills, foster mutual growth, and train future leaders. The initiative involves hosting employees in each other's countries for cross-learning in automotive and mobility sectors. The program aims to address skill gaps and strengthen Japan-India relations.

TVS Mobility announced on Thursday a strategic partnership with Japan's Mitsubishi Corporation for a groundbreaking employee exchange program aimed at skill enhancement, mutual growth, and training next-generation leaders.

The memorandum of understanding (MoU) was signed, allowing both parties to share best practices and explore collaborative projects.

R Dinesh, TVS Mobility Group Director, and Wakabayashi, Mitsubishi Corporation Executive Vice-President, highlighted the initiative's potential to strengthen ties and drive innovation.
