TVS Motor Company Sees Sales Surge

TVS Motor Company reported a 9% increase in sales for July 2024 with a total of 3,54,140 units sold. Domestic two-wheeler sales grew by 8%, while electric vehicle sales surged by 61%. The company also saw a 9% rise in total exports.

TVS Motor Company experienced a notable 9% increase in total sales for July 2024, hitting 3,54,140 units, compared to 3,25,977 units in the same period last year.

The company's two-wheeler segment recorded a 9% rise, with sales reaching 3,39,676 units in July, up from 3,12,307 units in July 2023. Domestic two-wheeler sales saw an 8% increase to 2,54,250 units.

Motorcycle sales grew 5% to 1,61,074 units, while scooter sales jumped 15% to 1,39,995 units. Remarkably, electric vehicle sales skyrocketed 61% to 21,442 units last month. Additionally, three-wheeler sales increased 6% to 14,464 units, and total exports went up by 9% to 97,589 units.
