Unicommerce eSolutions IPO Fully Subscribed Within Hours
The initial public offering of SoftBank-backed Unicommerce eSolutions Ltd was fully subscribed within hours of opening. The IPO received bids for over 2.09 crore shares, with retail investors showing significant interest. The proceeds from the offering, ranging between Rs 102-108 per share, will go entirely to the selling shareholders.
Unicommerce eSolutions Ltd's initial public offering, backed by SoftBank, saw full subscription within hours of its launch on Tuesday.
The company received bids for 2,09,25,906 shares against an offer of 1,40,84,681 shares, achieving 1.49 times subscription, according to NSE data till 13:42 hours.
The retail investor portion witnessed 6.66 times subscription, while non-institutional investors subscribed 1.01 times. Anchor investors had already committed over Rs 124 crore to the issue on Monday.
