Tragedy on Tracks: Youth Loses Life in Train Accident

In a tragic incident in Uttar Pradesh's Kaushambi district, an 18-year-old was fatally hit by a train on the Delhi-Howrah rail line, police reported Thursday.

Officials have taken the body into custody for a post-mortem to determine the precise cause of death. The deceased, identified as Tabish Ahmed, was returning to his village with his father after a trip to Kanpur.

As they crossed the tracks near Jeevanganj, Tabish was struck by an oncoming train. The Railway Protection Force has been notified, and further investigations are underway.
