Hinduja Global Solutions, a prominent business process management firm, disclosed a consolidated loss of Rs 8.59 crore for the December quarter of FY25. This marks a significant downturn from the Rs 8.18 crore profit registered in the same period last year.

The company's revenue took a hit, decreasing by 11.6% to Rs 1,064 crore in Q3 FY24 compared to Rs 1,204 crore a year ago. Despite these financial setbacks, HGS ventured into new territory with the inauguration of a technology services delivery centre in Bengaluru in January 2025.

CEO Partha DeSarkar noted that slow decision-making had affected the fiscal year but anticipates an uptick in contract awards and signings in FY2026. As part of this growth strategy, HGS plans to enhance its delivery capabilities in South Africa, driven by US and UK client demand.
