In a tragic incident, eighteen individuals lost their lives when a tour bus careened out of control and crashed in Thailand's Prachinburi province. According to local authorities, the bus was on a downhill course when its brakes failed, resulting in a devastating overturn.
The crash site, located 155 km (96 miles) east of Bangkok, was inundated with rescue and medical workers who rushed to aid the victims. Thai Prime Minister Paetongtarn Shinawatra has extended her condolences and assured that a comprehensive investigation into vehicle safety will ensue.
