LUCKNOW, INDIA — Ishaara, a dining establishment by Bellona Hospitality, has launched 'Undivided Punjab,' a special menu celebrating the vibrant culinary traditions of Punjab, accessible from March 7 to 21 at Phoenix Palassio, Lucknow. Under the curation of Chef Sherry Mehta, the menu delves into a collection of unique and historically significant recipes from across the Punjabi border.
Emphasizing an innovative dining philosophy, Ishaara offers a silent service concept where food orders are placed without spoken communication. The pop-up menu showcases a variety of beverages and dishes, both vegetarian and non-vegetarian, that highlight the rich flavors and cultural significance of Punjabi cuisine. Highlights include Khumbh Ki Seekh, Lahori Fish Fry, and Peshawari Laal Lobia, among others.
