A deadly collision occurred on Saturday in the Bagmati province of Nepal, as a bus collided with an electric vehicle. The incident resulted in the tragic death of at least seven people and injuries to 25 others.
According to reports from My Republica, the collision took place on the East-West Highway in Chitwan district at around 10:15 am. The bus was traveling from Dhangadhi to Kakarbhitta when the accident happened.
Police spokesperson Rabindra Khanal revealed that an investigation is underway to determine the cause of the collision. Meanwhile, efforts to clear the traffic congestion caused by the accident continue, while critically injured passengers receive treatment at nearby hospitals.
