Despite the strides, financial concerns loom regarding Titagarh's Italian associate, Firema, which has filed for restructuring under Italy's Crisis Code. This poses a potential risk to investments, affecting both standalone and consolidated accounts, as Firema's liquidity issues continue to challenge the collaboration.
