Rohit Santhosh Takes the Helm at Bombay Realty

Bombay Dyeing & Manufacturing Company Ltd appoints Rohit Santhosh as CEO of Bombay Realty, effective September 18, 2025. With over 17 years of real estate experience, Santhosh is an NIT Allahabad graduate and ISB alumnus, previously holding leadership roles at CapitaLand, Godrej Properties, Lodha Group, and Shapoorji Pallonji.

In a strategic move, Bombay Dyeing & Manufacturing Company Ltd has announced the appointment of Rohit Santhosh as the new CEO of Bombay Realty. The appointment will be effective from September 18, 2025.

Rohit Santhosh brings a wealth of experience to the role, having accumulated over 17 years in the real estate industry. He is an alumnus of NIT Allahabad and the Indian School of Business in Hyderabad.

Before joining Bombay Realty, Santhosh played significant leadership roles at top companies such as CapitaLand, Godrej Properties, Lodha Group, and Shapoorji Pallonji.
