Turkey-based MNG Group of Companies has expressed its utmost interest in investing in Tanzania’s varied sectors including airway, tourism, energy and transport. Mehmet Gunal, Chairman of the board of MNG Group of Companies has revealed the company’s plan with the Minister of State in the Office of the Prime Minister (Investment), Angellah Kairuki in a recent meeting took place in Tanzania’s capital Dodoma.

The Minister also elaborated that the Fifth Phase government’s intention was to ensure that there was efficient investment in Tanzania and that the policy system of cooperation between public and private sectors attracted more investors in the country.

“We’ve opportunities and projects that need investment capital in the country as our duty is to ensure that as investors you’re offered an enabling environment in opportunities and projects in which you want to invest so that the country can have productivity as a result of that investment,” the Minister emphasized.

MNG Group of Companies is also ready to pump out fund in the policy system of cooperation between public and private sectors. It has 42 years of experience in investment in three continents and implemented over 200 projects. Some of those projects include Chief Dam of Algeria, construction of headquarter of Halk Bank in Turkey and construction of Terminal III at Kotoka International Airport in Ghana.
